Information for Able to Serve Families

We are excited to invite our Able to Serve families to join us for our 2026 Annual Benefit & Silent Auction, A Seat at the Table.

Please note the following before reserving your tickets:

  • This is Able to Serve's largest fundraiser of the year. The evening is designed to introduce new supporters to our mission while celebrating the impact being made through Able to Serve.

  • Parent/Guardian Tickets: $10 per person (maximum of 2 tickets per participant) to help offset rising food and event costs.

  • Participant Tickets: Free, but participants must be included in your registration for seating and meal planning.

  • Attendance is optional. Participants and families are not required to attend, but we are happy to offer this opportunity to celebrate together. By purchasing tickets, you are making a commitment to attend.

  • Please reserve only if you plan to attend. Once tickets are reserved, Able to Serve is responsible for the cost of your meal and seating. Your commitment helps us be good stewards of our resources.

  • Participant Seating: Most participants will sit together with Able to Serve staff and volunteers in a separate room during the dinner. If your participant needs to sit with you in the main gym, please note this in the comments section during registration, and we will make those arrangements.

  • Thank you! We are grateful for every Able to Serve family. Your presence is a wonderful encouragement, and by helping us fill the room with community members, churches, businesses, and new supporters, you are helping more people discover and invest in our mission. Encourage & invite someone who is looking for a way to give back to attend with you.

Beginning this year, parents/guaridans have the option of dropping their participant off for the Benefit Program without attending. Drop off is at 5:30pm and Pickup is at 8:15pm.
