May 22, 2026 marks 23 years of giving abilities a chance at Able to Serve! Founder's Week is a celebration of our history and a call to support the future. 

We’re inviting YOU to be part of something special. This year, for our Founder's Week of Giving (May 18–22), we’re raising $5,000 to support life-changing programs for adults with disabilities. Is my donation tax-deductible?
Able to Serve, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

Will I get a tax receipt?
A donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address you provide on this form. In addition, in early January or February of next year we will send you a letter in summary of your previous year donations for tax purposes.
